1. Smooth Sailing with Reservation Changes:

• Boat type, departure date, or departure time adjustments? Just give us a shout at least 48 hours before your reservation date. Unfortunately, these changes can't be made online, but our friendly crew is here to assist!

2. Captain's Note on July 6 Fireworks: 🎇

• Ahoy, firework enthusiasts! Please set your compass straight for this one: No cancellations, refunds, or transfers are available for rentals on July 6. 

3. Rain or Shine, We've Got You Covered: 🌦️

• More than 48 hours in advance? A 10% cancellation fee applies, or opt for a hassle-free transfer to another date in the same season at no extra cost.
• Less than 48 hours before your lake escapade? Unfortunately, this will result in a forfeit of the total reservation amount.

4. Weather Warrior Credits - Sail with Confidence: 🌧️⚡

• Mother Nature acting up on the big day? No worries! If >1hr consistent heavy rain, lightning, tornado warnings, high wind advisories, or any conditions deemed unsafe by Atwood Lake Boats pop up at departure time, you're covered. Your reservation fee can be credited towards future boat rentals. We're all about fair winds and safe waters!

Remember, weather credits or rain checks are decided based on the actual lake conditions on the rental day, not crystal ball weather forecasts.
